創辦人對於全身骨關節、脊椎之治療及生物力學之專長，公司命名就以脊椎為出發點，由於脊椎的治療是要很精細的，要能夠思考及處理到很細微、細節之處；所以將公司命為「脊米」，「脊」代表脊椎骨關節,專注於人體工程/生物力學、關節和脊柱排列之穿著矯正，「米」代表思考到細微之處,對於這類輔助設備的研發，注重細節，精益求精。

The meaning of Chinese combination of GiMi:

• 脊 Gi 即為脊椎(spine): Focus on the correction of ergonomics, biomechanics,joint and spine alignment.

• 米 Mi 意即微米(micro): For the research and development of such auxiliaryequipment,we pay attention to details and strive for perfection.

The company's logo is also based on the concept of the spine, with the two "S"s on the right side representing the vertebrae of the spine. The dots on the rightmost "S" symbolize the spinal joints, and the bottom "a" represents alignment, signifying the expertise in the correct alignment of the spine's skeletal structure. The balanced alignment of the spine is closely related to the biomechanics of our lower limbs. Proper alignment of the lower limbs leads to a balanced pelvis, which, in turn, ensures a straight spine.
